In a month or less I'll have enough money for an iPod Touch and a Marc Jacobs bag. I read about the growing popularity of bargaining and I wonder if I should be able to bargain for these products? I live in NYC, and would buy these products in NYC. For the iTouch, I'd probably go to Circuit City, Best Buy or Apple Store and I would buy the MJ bag or from the shop MJ, Bloomingdales, Neiman Marcus or a similar store upscale department. One of these stores to be receptive to haggling? If yes, what should I do? Should I ask the store manager as soon as I enter the store? Thank you! And if you can share your stories of bargains for those sort of articles, would be great! Should I ask the store manager who or seller?
