Century 21! the best place for designer bags for cheap. You'll probably see the view and see the World Trade Center and Century 21 is one block away! The Hilton is located just above it I think or at hand. Theres one of 5th Avenue, too. I love Century 21, they have tons of brands and clothes that look really good for an affordable price.
